Versions >= 1.1 require System 7.0 (Please contact me for version 1.0)
Changes in version 2.2 :

- Faster QT Playback
- Improved displayspeed of cached preview pictures
- New option : Begin Show on application startup
- Export to Quicktime Movie (GIF and PICT files only)
- Supports new Dragmanager for dragging files into the PICTshow dialog
Changes in version 2.1 :

- Added Save/SaveAs
- Improved behaviour of AddFiles
- Added Cache for Preview Pictures (see General Options)
- Added Preview Pictures in main list (Optional)
- Made main window resizeable, last position is saved
- On shift-click, the previous item will be showed (Backwards, finally!)
Changes in version 2.0 :
- Major redesign of whole program!
- New user interface, redesign of preferences
- GIF support
- Movie Controller as an option
- Edit Menu plus some edit capabilities
- Rotate pictures
- Individual speech-text for each item
- Added Voice Selection
- Info screen for each item when double-clicked
- Full Show feature removed. Just 'Expand Fullshow' stayed.
This was never really a good solution. I improved the normal
Show definition. See documentation for more information.
- Ballons removed. These were never really accurate. I've started
a small manual instead.
- Return-key plays all items, enter plays selected items only
- Added optional date when printing
- Again, fixed a lot of minor bugs!
Changes in version 1.6 :
- Added preferences menu plus some new options
- Speechmanager support
- Added information dialog when printing
- Spinning beachball cursor while loading
- Improved Delay Options
- Better accuracy of delays
- Fixed some minor bugs
Changes in version 1.5 :
- Added preview window, that contains the QT-Preview of the selected
picture. The window is resizeable.
- Added menu for printing all previews (30-40 previews / page)
Works in color on Color Printers. (Looks great on the HP550C!!)
- When movies are played, +/- keys change the sound volume.
Mouse button aborts current movie.
- Added balloon help
Changes in version 1.41 :
- Fixed bug on machines with b/w monitor (PB,SE/30), that caused PICTshow
to crash.
Changes in version 1.4 :
- Zoom always centers picture
- Fade option for fading between pictures (Thanks to Tony Copper!)
- Add Folder adds all items from a folder (PICTs or sounds) to the list.
The contents of subfolders are also added.
- Drag&Drop of Folders (If you already have PICTshow, you have to rebuild
your desktop [cmd-opt on startup] for activating this)
- Added support for QuickTime Movies. Add and view them like pictures.
Option for doubling QT-Movies.
Changes in version 1.b3 :
- Sound support! You can add System 7 sound files to your show. If a sound
follows a picture, the sound is immediately played
- Added support for the required core AppleEvents. You can now drop items
on PICTshow even when it's running.
- Double Click on item in list show/plays the item
- New Menu Item : New - Clears the whole list
- New Menu Item : Play selected - Only selected item are showed/played
- New file format : Full Show - All items are stored within the resource
fork of the file. So it's easier to store shows, and it's also possible
to place a show onto a read-only device. Full shows can also be expanded
back to the original files.
Therefore new menus : Save Full Show - Play Full Show - Expand Full Show
Changes in version 1.2 :
- Fix bug when Quicktime is not present
- Added resize option : 'Reduce only' Only bigger pictures are
reduced to screen size, but not smaller ones.
Changes in version 1.1 :
- Real application instead of modal-dialog
- Added Preview in File-Open-Dialog (QT only)
- In non-resize mode added following keys :
- r for quick resizing
- cursor keys for moving the picture around
- Remebers last settings
- Added Open/Save menu for opening/saving whole sets of pictures
(called shows)
PLEASE : Tell me what you want to see in future versions!
